This beautiful side-by-side duplex is located in a nice, quiet Anchorage neighborhood. This is a great home for anyone visiting Anchorage on vacation or for business with easy access to downtown (10-15 minutes) and most other Anchorage attractions. Both sides are identical in floor plan and amenities. You can rent one side, sleeping up to 6 or both sides and sleep up to 12. This is a very popular vacation rental for larger groups such as weddings and family reunions.
This property also has a beautiful landscaped back yard with propane BBQs on each side to get out and enjoy the Alaskan outdoors. The private fenced backyard is a gardeners paradise.
