This property also has a beautiful landscaped back yard with propane BBQs on each side to get out and enjoy the Alaskan outdoors. The private fenced backyard is a gardeners paradise.  There are Lilac trees and bushes, Crab Apple trees, Rhubarb, Raspberry bushes, Roses and more.  You will not want to leave the backyard if you visit us in the summer months.  We provide plenty of outdoor furniture so you won't have to!

The property is just 3 short blocks from Campbell Creek park (less than 5 minute walk) where you can take a leisurely stroll along the well maintained trails and see wildlife or sport fish for Alaskan Silver Salmon right from the creek.
