It has a large bedroom with king size bed and a large living room with sectional sofa and pull out bed. There is also a full size futon in the laundry area that would work for a child if needed.
If you have ever wanted to see a moose walk through your backyard this would be the house. Drink your morning coffee overlooking the large backyard with lots of grass, trees, and even a pond and park at the bottom of the hill. You will feel like you are miles away from town yet right in the center of it.
