This 2 bedroom, 1.5 bath townhouse style condo is a great choice for a small family, couple, or even a single traveling who wants a little extra space. It is a five minute drive to downtown, midtown and the airport. It is also only 3 short blocks from the Tony Knowles Coastal Trail where you can take a leisurely walk to see wildlife and beautiful scenery and it can even take you downtown. (45 min. walk)
The downstairs has beautiful real wood floors, a rock covered wood burning fireplace, a full kitchen, dining table and chairs and a cozy living room. All bedrooms are upstairs along with a full bath and the washer/dryer. There is also a half bath downstairs.
Parking is directly in front of the unit for up to two cars with additional guest parking on property.
